A Foshan Daily report says six companies in Gaoming have joined Guangdong's 2026 provincial green-factory list. They include 高勋绿色智能装备(佛山)有限公司, a manufacturer of textile dyeing equipment.

Factory practices and equipment claims

The report describes rooftop solar generation, automated production and a SCADA data-control system at the company's operation. It separately presents claims about water, electricity and steam savings for its yarn-dyeing equipment compared with conventional machines.

Those are different boundaries: the manufacturer's own factory performance and the performance of machines sold to textile mills should not be combined into a single environmental result.

Evidence at the mill matters

The designation is a factory-level recognition. It should not be read as proof that every customer installation will achieve the same savings.

The reviewed report does not provide a complete comparative test protocol covering fabric or yarn type, loading and operating conditions. Equipment performance should therefore remain attributed to the report rather than presented as independently verified.
